Victoria is a food creative and social media consultant who has worked with a number of internationally recognised brands. Most recently Victoria worked with the international drinks company Pernod Ricard as a Editor-in-Chief on a creative innovation project. Previous to that, Victoria was Head of Creative and Content Curation for Marks & Spencer Food Hall Online, as part of the company's Venture Lab based at their London HQ.


Formerly a lawyer, Victoria turned her attention to all things food-related, initially becoming a full time food stylist and home economist, working alongside household names such as Michel Roux jr, Gordon Ramsey, Gregg Wallace & John Torode, Mary Berry & Paul Hollywood and James Martin.

Latterly, Victoria has moved into the role of creative director and consultant, drawing on her experience with brand owners to work alongside marketing departments briefing, producing and scheduling engaging content across both online and traditional media.


Over the last five years, Victoria has worked with global brands such as M&S, The Telegraph, Grazia Magazine, The Pool, BBC, Kikkoman and Pernod Ricard.  

Victoria is an intrepid traveller to the far corners of the world and has completed cookery courses in Mauritius, Bali, Singapore, Hong Kong, Mexico and Vietnam.
